Why certify?
Obtaining the Business-friendly certificate as a seal of excellence of local administration, municipalities are ranked high in a select group of local communities in Serbia which are dedicated to economic development in the long-term and that due to consistent reforms of the municipal administration, managed to create conditions favorable for business development and influx of investors. At the same time, these municipalities are eligible for continued promotion and support by NALED, USAID, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Agencies and Opportunities in communication with potential investors.

2. Benefits for holders of business-friendly certificates
  1. Certificate-award ceremony;
  2. Ability to use the logo of business-friendly certification abiding by the book of standards;
  3. BFC plaque and promotional material branded with the certification program logo;
  4. Media promotion (at least three press releases, newspaper articles, specialized announcements, billboards, leaflets and inserters);
  5. Promotion in international magazines, at the airport Nikola Tesla in the JAT Review;
  6. Promotion within events that organized by NALED;
  7. Set of promotional material (leaflets, branded bags, business cards);
  8. Intensive promotion through NALED website;
  9. Engagement as a mentor in order to transfer best practices in certification process;
  10. Promotion of certified municipalities in cooperation with program partners (MERD, USAID, SIEPA agency) through contacts with investors and participation in trade fairs in the country and abroad.
